2011 Asian Indoor Games

The 4th Asian Indoor Games will be hosted in Doha, Qatar that announced on the Olympic Council of Asia National Olympic Committee Meeting in Kuwait in April 16, 2007.

Doha withdrawn

Qatar Olympic Committee officially withdrawn it’s interest for hosting the 4th Asian Indoor Games in Doha scheduled for 2011. A letter from Qatar Olympic Committee addressed to Olympic Council of Asia states that “We regret to inform you that QOC is not in a position to continue with its plan to host the 4th Asian Indoor Games in 2011 due to unforeseen circumstances and thereby formally withdrawing its interest in organizing these Games”
