(1979)More Singable Songs is a music album by popular children's entertainer Raffi, released in 1977. The sequel to Singable Songs for the Very Young, the album shares many of the same qualities as its predecessor, such as its composition, a mixture of traditional and original songs.
According to the artist's autobiography, "The Life Of A Children's Troubadour," a difficulty faced in the initial release of this album was that the manufacturer assumed that, because it was a children's record, it was therefore acceptable to do sub-standard work. The pressing plant pressed the initial order of 10,000 units without issuing a test pressing, and attempted, unsuccessfully, to bill Raffi for the units, which were full of mastering errors such as clicks, pops, and groove distortions.
