Johann Philipp Graf von Cobenzl (May 28, 1741, Ljubljana - August 30, 1810, Vienna, Austrian Empire) was a Carniolan nobleman, working as a diplomat of the Habsburg Monarchy and the Austrian Empire. He was an ambassador of the Habsburg Monarchy in Paris till his retirement in 1805, and then lived in Vienna. In 1809, he informed Napoleon Bonaparte about the demographics of the newly established Illyrian Provinces.

Regarding personal names: Graf is a title, translated as Count, not a first or middle name. The female form is Gräfin.
