Settegast is a community located in northeast Houston, Texas outside 610 Loop.
The area is surrounded by the largest train yard in northeast Houston. The area connects with I-10 east and 610 east at Wayside Drive. Settegast has paved roads and there are many ways to connect with main veins leading in and out of Houston.
The area is served by North Forest ISD. Despite being located in Houston, it is "not" served by the Houston Independent School District.
