Stonebridge is a ward in the
Harlesden area of north-westLondon in theLondon Borough of Brent . The area was named literally after a stone bridge built in the area, and has a large cluster of high-rise council estates collectively called the 'Stonebridge Estate'. The Stonebridge Estate is being redeveloped by theHousing Action Trust into modern, lower-level houses, along with similar social housing estates inWaltham Forest , Tower Hamlets,Birmingham , Hull andLiverpool .
