music video s for the British bandDepeche Mode . During the 1980s, he changed careers and began work for a media company inEssex .He made videos for eight Depeche Mode singles, including "Just Can't Get Enough," "Everything Counts," "Love in Itself," "People Are People" (two versions), "Master and Servant," "Somebody," and "Blasphemous Rumours." After the group switched to
Peter Care for three videos, the band would have Richardson do an eighth video, "A Question of Lust". However that would be his last video, when he was "replaced" byAnton Corbijn as the band's main video director.He also directed the video "Change" for the group
