The 9th Parliament of Upper Canada was in session from January 11 1825 to June 24 1828. Elections in Upper Canada had been held in July 1824. All sessions were held at York, later Toronto.
George Strange Boulton was unseated in March 1825 and Charles Fothergill took his place in November 1825. James Lyon's election was voided in February 1825; Benjamin Ewing was declared elected. Lyons protested and was reseated in March 1825. Ely Playter left the province in February 1827 but his seat was declared not vacated.
