European Champion Clubs' Cup football club tournament was won byCeltic F.C. after a final victory againstInternazionale . This made Celtic the first British club to win the trophy and to date, the only Scottish club to have done so. Celtic are also the only club to have won the trophy with a team consisting of entirely home grown talent.Preliminary round
