Ashleworth is a village and civil parish in the Tewkesbury district of Gloucestershire, England, with a population of 553 (2001 census), about six miles north of Gloucester. It has two pubs, the renowned Boat Inn and the Queens Arms.

The parish includes Ashleworth Quay, on the River Severn.
