Empire High School, Tucson, Arizona is one of the first public high schools to be planned, designed, built, and opened with all-wireless laptop technology, and fully digital, i.e. no textbooks, curriculum resources. It is a part of the Vail School District.

Empire opened for student use in July 2005, and 2007 is the first year to have students graduate. Empire has an estimated 700 students. The class of 2009 will be the first fully graduating class. The school is known for its Laptops as well as its great teacher backbone. The class of 2012 received the new MacBooks rather than the iBook G4's because Mac does not make them anymore. The newest freshmen classmen is the largest class in the school's history, with over 250 students.

Empire's mascot is the Raven, and their colors are Red and Black. The high school competes at the 3A level in athletics. The school also features more than a dozen student clubs.
