Zahid Fazal (born November 10, 1973, Sialkot, Punjab) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played in 9 Tests and 19 ODIs from 1990 to 1995.

He was first spotted by selectors while playing for Pakistan International Airlines. His highest one-day score was 98 not out at Sharjah against India, in which he collapsed in the end. Zahid represented Pakistan in the 1992 Cricket World Cup, but did not play in the final because Imran Khan choose to go with Ijaz Ahmed instead.

Imran Khan was not always enamoured with his performance. On one occasion Zahid during an England tour match against Kent in 1992 was dismissed for duck, in reaction to his feat, Khan wrote to tour captain Javed Miandad not to pick Zahid for rest of the tour. During the mid 90’s during an interview to Pakistani newspaper Nawa-i-Waqt Zahid Fazal said if he is given another opportunity he’ll give the bowlers a taste of fine hard-hitting. When his recall came, he only managed to accumulate 63 runs with six fours in his last three Tests.
