Asymptomatic , mildheadache , slight nuchal rigidity
#Moderate to severe headache, nuchal rigidity, no neurologic deficit other thancranial nerve palsy
#Drowsiness / confusion, mild focal neurologic deficit
#Stupor , moderate-severehemiparesis
