Be'er Ya'akov ( _he. בְּאֵר יַעֲקֹב, "lit." Jacob's Well) is a town (local council) in the Center District of Israel.

Be'er Ya'akov was founded in 1907 by Jewish immigrants from Dagestan and granted the status of a local council in 1949. Despite its small size and population, Be'er Ya'akov has two hospitals: Asaf HaRofe Hospital (in the Tzrifin area), and Shmuel HaRofe Geriatric Hospital.
