Kokhav Ya'akov (Lang-he|כוכב יעקב. lit. "Star of Ya'akov") is a religious communal Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located near al-Bireh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Binyamin Regional Council. In 2007 it had a population of 5,600.

The village was established in 1985 by the Amana settlement movement, and was initially named Avir Ya'akov after Rabbi Ya'akov Abuhatzira. In 1988 its name was changed to Kokhav Ya'akov.
