The airline began flying from
Dillingham, Alaska in the mid-1950s as Bob Harris Flying Services. It was later renamed Yute Air Alaska. In1999 Yute Air filed forbankruptcy and the company andoperating certificate were acquired by the Flight International Group in April2000 and renamed Flight Alaska.Services
