Mochtar Kusumaatmadja

Mochtar Kusumaatmadja (born April 17, 1929) was the foreign minister of Indonesia between 1978 and 1988.

During that time he was instrumental in developing the Southeast Asian Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty (Bangkok Treaty).
