Alan Bernard Mills (born October 18 1966 in Lakeland, Florida) is a former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the New York Yankees (1990-1991), Baltimore Orioles (1992-1998, 2000-2001) and Los Angeles Dodgers (1999-2000). He batted and threw right-handed. After a five year absence from professional baseball, Mills made a return in 2007 and is currently a Minor League Baseball pitcher for the Erie SeaWolves. In a 12-season career, Mills posted a 39-32 record with 456 strikeouts and a 4.12 ERA in 474 games.

Perhaps the most famous moment of Mills' career came in 1998 when, as a member of the Orioles, he gave Darryl Strawberry a right cross that sent Strawberry sailing into the dugout during a bench clearing brawl with the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.
