Vinnie

On May 28th 2008 Fox's Biscuits added value to the £1.95bn [AC Nielson Scantrack 52 w/e to 26th Jan 2008] biscuit category with a new TV ad campaign and £5million [ [http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2008/may/28/advertising Mark Sweeney guardian.co.uk] , Wed 28th May 2008] support package.

The idea of "Vinnie" - a "highly connected" Italian American "businessman" from New Jersey was developed with the animation team behind Disney's The Chronicles of Narnia, [http://www.moving-picture.com/ MPC] and [http://www.motherlondon.com/ Mother London] . The supporting entertainment led website was developed by Sheffield agency, [http://www.digforfire.co.uk/ Dig for Fire] .

Dubbed a "danda", a cross between a dog and a panda, Vinnie is Fox's number one fan who has traveled across the Atlantic to make sure everybody knows who makes his favourite biscuits.
