Tammy Suzanne Parks (born May 30, 1965 in Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York, U.S.) is a former Penthouse centerfold turned actress. Most of her work produced in the mid to late 1990s was adult oriented, but since then she has kept a rather low profile. Her adult filmography was largely soft core but she did act in several titles in the fetish bondage BDSM genre. Her BDSM work did not explicitly require her to accept sexual penetration but Tammy has performed with some of the most physically demanding bondage producers.

Tammy Parks is sometimes credited as a hard core porn actress. This was for her work on three particular films; in "Dinner Party" and "Strap on Sally 8" she does explicit lesbian hardcore, but in 1995 in the movie "Erotic Visions" she performed a full complete hardcore boy-girl scene. After this movie she quickly got back to softcore films. On her (now closed) website, she said that she was just curious and she never intended to go to full time porn.

Between 1994 and 2000 she worked as a nude BDSM model, doing several videos with Jay Edwards Video.
