"Ayo!" is a song on American R&B singer Mýa's fourth album, "Liberation" (2008). It was released as the album's first single and peaked at number seventy on the U.S. "Billboard" Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. It was made available as a digital single at the iTunes Store.

The song samples two songs by rapper Slick Rick: the chorus samples "La Di Da Di" featuring Doug E. Fresh ("La di da di/We like to party"), and the beat samples "Children's Story".

Some fans were disappointed with the original version of "Ayo!", but writer-producer Chris Henderson and Mýa made changes to the single.Fact|date=July 2008 The rap version of "Ayo!" was leaked and received a positive response from fans.Fact|date=July 2008
