railway station serving the town of Sudbury inSuffolk ,England . It is the single-platform northern terminus of theGainsborough Line , and is managed by National Express East Anglia, who provide all train services. The station is located on the edge of the town centre with all shops and local attractions in easy walking disance.The station is unstaffed, however it is looked after by a small group of volunteers who are part of [http://www.sudburyinbloom.org.uk Sudbury in Bloom] , they attend to the [http://photos.thesudburyline.co.uk/thumbnails.php?album=42 floral displays] and keep an eye out for vandalism etc.
The station is entered yearly in the Anglia in Bloom station competition and won Silver Gilt in 2008, 2007 and 2006.
