Antianalgesia is the ability of some endogenous chemicals (notably
cholecystokinin andneuropeptide Y ) to counter the effects of exogenousanalgesics (such asmorphine ) or endogenous pain inhibitingneurotransmitters /modulators, such as the endogenous opioids.
