Tri-State Lottery

Tri-State Lottery

Tri-State Lottery refers to a group of lottery games offered only by the states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. It was the first multi-jurisdictional lottery, with its first drawing on September 14, 1985. [cite web|title=New Hampshire Lottery Commision : Megabucks|url=http://nhlottery.com/the-games/mb-info.asp|accessdate=17|accessmonth=July|accessyear=2008] Tri-State Lottery currently offers four games: Megabucks, Pick 3, Pick 4, and Paycheck. With Maine (which was a MUSL member from 1990-1992) returning to the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) in July 2004, all three lotteries also offer Powerball, which is run by MUSL (New Hampshire also takes part in MUSL's Hot Lotto.) Tri-State Lottery games, however, are not affiliated with MUSL.
