Alfred Alan Borovoy (born 1932) is a Canadian lawyer best known as the general counsel of the

Bachelor of Arts in 1953 and aBachelor of Laws in 1956 from theUniversity of Toronto . He has been awarded four honorary doctorates. He was admitted to theOntario Bar in 1958.
