Paul Irvin Clymer is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he represents the 145th Legislative District in Bucks County. He first served in this office in 1980 and has been elected continually since that time.

After high school, Clymer attended Muhlenberg College, where he served in the ROTC and earned a degree in Economics in 1959. Following graduation from college, he spent four years in the U.S. Army on active duty.
