"2000 Years of Human Error" is the fourth studio album of the Washington, DC-based industrial rock band Godhead. This album is distinguished for being the only one released on Marilyn Manson's vanity label Posthuman. Godhead released the album on 23 January 2001.

Their cover of "Eleanor Rigby" was released as a single and music video. The video featured vocalist Jason C Miller singing the lyrics while walking down a dingy street and observing his surroundings, including a chance meeting with himself, only without the gothic makeup.

The album has sold over 100,000 copies to date in the US. [ [http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=98550 Blabbermouth.Net - Godhead Signs With Driven Music Group ] ]
