Bloodshot Records is an independent record label based in Chicago, Illinois which specializes in roots-inflected indie rock, punk blues, and a Chicago brand of outlaw country. It was established in 1994 by Nan Warshaw, who earned her masters degree from Columbia College Chicago the same year, and Rob Miller, who had earned his masters degree from DePaul University in 1993.
Bloodshot Records is the record label of the Illinois based corporation, Bloodshot Ltd.
The label had planned to release a 10th anniversary DVD in 2004, but it was not released until late 2006.[1][2]
