Cyril Rutherford "Snuffy" Browne (October 8, 1890-January 12, 1964) was a West Indian cricketer who was part of the first West Indies Test side. Browne was born in Robert's Tenantry, St. Michael, Barbados. He played two Tests while touring England in 1928 and two at home when England visited the West Indies in 1929. At one time he was a magistrate in British Guiana. He died in Georgetown, British Guiana (now Georgetown, Guyana) aged 73 years 96 days.
