She is one of the most successful Salvadoran woman athlete. She is participating in all big continental championships and usually getting medals from them. Like at last two Pan American Judo Championships 2009, 2010 where she won bronze medal.
She competed at 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro where she lost in prelims with Mayra Aguiar who won silver medal.
