BulankulameFormer Cabinet Minister of Land Development Personal details Nationality Ceylonese Political party United National Party Alma mater Royal College, Colombo Occupation Politics Punchi Banda Bulankulame Dissava (known as P.B Bulankulame) was a Ceylonese politician, he was the former Cabinet Minister of Land and Land Development in Dudley Senanayake's and John Kotelawala's government.[1]
Educated at Royal College Colombo, he was elected to the State Council of Ceylon in 1936[2] and was reelected to Parliament in 1947. In the first government since independence, he was appointed as Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture.[3][4]
