Owendoher River

Owendoher River

The Owendoher River is a small river in southern County Dublin, that rises in two main branches, one formed of two streams, sometimes called Kilakee Stream, from the slopes of Kilakee Mountain, and Glendoo Stream, from west of Glendoo Mountain, and one from Glendoo Mountain itself. These branches merge near Rockbrook Cemetery, and the river flows north to Ballyboden, and on to Rathfarnham, receiving the Whitechurch Stream. The Owendoher joins the River Dodder south of Bushy Park near the former settlement of Butterfield, just south west of Rathfarnham village.[1][2]
