Ovala-Majiwada Vidhan Sabha constituency (Marathi: ओवळा-माजीवडा विधान सभा मतदारसंघ) is one of the 288 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Maharashtra state in western India.

Ovala-Majiwada constituency is one of the 24 Vidhan Sabha constituencies located in Thane district.^[1]

Ovala-Majiwada is part of Thane Lok Sabha constituency along with five other Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Mira Bhayandar, Kopri-Pachpakhadi, Thane, Airoli and Belapur in Thane district.^[1]
