The Royal Blue Hap (Otopharynx heterodon) is a species of fish in the Cichlidae family. C. heterodon is a sedimentary feeder growing up to 12.8 cm (5 in) in size.^[1]

It is found in Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Its natural habitat is freshwater lakes.
