Organizational Research Methods is a journal that the Academy of Management publishes four times per year. The journal regularly publishes “relevant methodological developments to a wide range of researchers in organizational and management studies and promotes a more effective understanding of current and new methodologies and their application in organizational settings.”[1]

Organizational Research Methods was first published in 1998 and has an impact factor of 2.548.[2]
