Orange Regional Medical Center-Horton Campus is a hospital in Middletown, New York.

In 2011, it announced that it will be opening a new hospital. It is part of the NewYork-Presbyterian Health Care System. It is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center and Westchester Medical Center.
