Ooty bus stand

Ooty bus stand is a bus station located in the town of Ooty, The Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu.^[1] It is located near the Ooty railway station.^[2][3] The land on which the bus stand stands on now was originally occupied by the Ooty lake, which was later reclaimed to build the bus stand.^[4] Tourists alighting on the bus stand can arrange for their accommodation in the town through brokers who make themselves available for the purpose in the bus stand.^[5]
