Okhansky uyezd (Russian: Оханский уезд) was an uyezd of Perm Governorate. The uyezd, which existed before 1923, had its administrative center at the city of Okhansk.
It was located in southwestern part of Perm Governorate, with an area of 14,280.17 km². The terrain is mostly hilly, and the main river of the region was Kama River, which formed the eastern border of Okhansky uyezd.
According 1896 data, the population of the uyezd was 276,986 (132,915 male and 144,071 female); 266,612 of them were Orthodox Christians. In the region were 2,925 settlements with 42,427 households and 45 churches.
The region’s economy was based on agriculture. Also in the uyezd were some mining and metallurgical industry plants, among them plants in Ochyor, Nytva and Pavlovsky. Approximately 60% of total area was forested.
