The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation is an agency of the Queensland Government's Department of Justice and Attorney-General responsible for the regulatory framework surrounding alcohol, licensed premises, charitable fundraising and gambling conducted within Queensland.
The Minister responsible for Liquor and Gaming in the Queensland Parliament is the Honourable Paul Lucas MP, Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Local Government and Special Minister of State.
