The Liverpool Feather-horn (Ochsenheimeria taurella) is a moth of the Ypsolophidae family. It is found in most of Europe.
The wingspan is 11-12 mm. Adults are on wing from July to September. They fly in the early afternoon sunshine.
The larvae feed on various coarse grasses, including Dactylis glomerata and Poa species. They mine the stems of their host plant.
