The airport resides at an elevation of 3,850 feet (1,173 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 01/19 with an asphalt surface measuring 3,937 by 98 feet (1,200 × 30 m).[1]
Accidents and incidents
- On 30 April 2003. Basler BT-67 PNC-0212 of the Servicio Aéreo de Policia was damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway at Aguas Claras Airport.[3]
