Oberoi Realty (Oberoi Constructions) is one of the India's biggest real estate developer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[4] It is led by billionaire Vikas Oberoi.[4] It has completed 32 projects covering approximately 4.979 million square feet of saleable area spread across the city of Mumbai. Its main interest is in Residential, Office Space, Retail, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure properties in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India.

History

It was incorporated in early 1980 as Oberoi Constructions which later changed to Oberoi Realty Limited. It was listed on Mumbai Stock Exchange in 2010.[5]
