Its main interest is in Residential, Office Space, Retail, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure properties in Mumbai, the commercial capital of India.
History
It was incorporated in early 1980 as Oberoi Constructions which later changed to Oberoi Realty Limited. It was listed on Mumbai Stock Exchange in 2010.[5]
