Oatley Pleasure Grounds is a fairly hilly bush park located in Oatley, New South Wales. It is 3.4 hectares and is known for being a very relaxing spot- great for picnics.

Oatley Pleasure Grounds has the following features:
- The park can be accessed via street parking then a walk down a rather steep path, or some stairs followed by the path.
- Swimming is possible at the waterfront of the park (in the waters of Oatley Bay) because there are protective swimming nets.
- The parks foreshore can be a bit muddy at low tide.
- There is a small sand area when the tide is low, which is great for scavenging and looking for little mud crabs[disambiguation needed ].
- There are a couple of different sized swing sets and climbing equipment, lots of grass and tall trees, picnic tables and BBQ facilities.
- A Sea Scout hall down by the waterfront of the park.
- Lovely views of Oatley Bay and the Georges River.
- Lots of room to run around.
