Haxaire & Cadiou, 1999[1]Nyceryx fernandezi is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Venezuela.
The length of the forewings is 28-31 mm. The hindwing underside has a yellow anal area. The forewing underside has a basally well-delimited distal area comprising a greyish submarginal band preceded by a dark brown area that is nearly as intense near the tornus as it is at the apex.
