Headquarters Westport, Connecticut Nyala Farms Corporate Center is located in Westport, CT. It consists of five buildings occupying 380,000 square feet (35,000 m2) in total and situated on a 50-acre (200,000 m2) office park.[1] Nyala is run by Albert B. Ashforth Inc.[2]

In 2009 Nyala was recognized with the award of Building of the Year in the Renovated Building Category.[1] In 2003 Nyala Farms Corporate Center won Building of the Year in the Office Park Category.[1]
Current tenants
- Terex Corporation, a global manufacturing company, signed a long-term lease in 2006 moving its corporate headquarters to Nyala.[1]
- Pequot Capital Management[3] * Pequot Capital Management, a hedge fund with $7 billion under investment, is based in the Nyala Farms office complex on Greens Farms Road. There is a half-court basketball court in the offices.
