Retz. [1][2]Scleria sumatrensis, commonly known as Nutrush[3] or Sumatran scleria, is a plant species in the sedge family. It is native to temperate and tropical Asia (in China, India, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka), where it is usually found growing in wetlands,[3] and is considered a noxious weed on the island of Borneo.[2] It is has been used to treat gonorrhea.[4]
