Novoselë is a municipality in the Vlorë District, Vlorë County, southwestern Albania.^[1]

The municipality consists of the villages Novoselë, Aliban, Bishan, Mifol, Poro, Dëllënjë, Delisuf, Trevllazër, Cerkovinë, Skrofotinë, Fitore and Akërni.^[2]
