Norman is an unincorporated community in Glenn County, California.[1] It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 8 miles (13 km) south of Willows,[2] at an elevation of 92 feet (28 m).[1]

A post office operated at Norman from 1870 to 1914, with a closure from 1889 to 1890.[2]

Norman was made famous in 1968 for having the largest national penis size average for a town of over 5,000 people.
