The Cousin German (Protolampra sobrina) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in most of Europe, east to Siberia, Altai, Irkutsk, Kamchatka and Korea.
The wingspan is 34-39 mm. Adults are on wing from July to August.
The larvae feed on Rosa acicularis, Sorbus aucuparia, Calluna vulgaris and Vaccinium uliginosum.
