The Nirmala Memorial Foundation is a group of educational institutions located in Mumbai, India.

History
The Foundation was established by Thakorbhai N. Desai, an educationalist who worked as a teacher, and the Principal for more than 25 years, in the memory of his wife Nirmala T. Desai, who died in a road accident.
It started with a Primary Vernacular (Gujrati) Medium School in Mumbai in 1984. Since then the Foundation has developed its educational activities.
After having full fledged high school in the year 1999, it started the Junior College of Commerce, then in the year 2000, it has started Junior College of Science.
In the year 2003 the Foundation established the Degree College of Commerce affiliated to University of Mumbai.
Organisation
Nirmala Memorial Foundation is a registered public trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 and Society Act. The Foundation is working in the field of education since 1984.
