Biography
Playing career
Biton made his league debut in a Premier League match against Beitar Jerusalem on 25 April 2009 when he replaced Lior Reuven in the 46th minute. He also received his first yellow card in the 85th minute of that match.
International career
In 2009, Biton was selected to represent Israel at the 2009 Maccabiah Games.[1] He made his senior debut for Israel in a friendly match against Uruguay on May 26th, 2010
